Chique!

A rainha Elizabeth II, a princesa Eugenie e a princesa Beatrice também apostaram no look azul para marcar presença no evento real.

Today, The Queen attended the first day of this year's Royal Ascot at Ascot Racecourse. Her Majesty and Members of the Royal Family processed in the traditional horse-drawn carriages along the lap and through the Parade Ring before taking their place in the Royal Enclosure. The Queen rode in the first carriage with The King and Queen of the Netherlands and The Duke of York. The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall rode in the second carriage, along with The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The Princess Royal rode in the third carriage with The Earl and Countess of Wessex and The Lord de Mauley. In the forth carriage were Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie and The Queen's private secretary Edward Young. Mike and Zara Tindall also attended, though they didn’t ride in the procession. The Queen wore a new Angela Kelly outfit in corn flower blue, accessorised with the Canadian Snowflake Brooch. More than 20 of her horses have won at Royal Ascot in previous years – her horse Estimate famously won the 2013 Gold Cup. The event was first opened by Queen Anne in 1711, and is attended every year by The Queen. It’s one of the most important dates on the calendar for any fan of horseracing, fashion and royalty. This year’s Ascot takes place from Tuesday 18th June until Saturday 22nd June. In her welcoming remarks to racegoers in this year’s Royal Ascot program, The Queen calls the event “one of the sporting events that I have been fortunate to enjoy throughout my life.”
